For approximately seven (7) years our team has built an impressive track record of achievement and success in the real estate development and construction industry. By carefully assessing each step in the development process, from market assessment and site selection to design, construction, marketing, and leasing, we have assisted developers in procuring project sponsorship for various single tenant retail projects for branded quick service restaurant with substantially all the projects performing as projected except for 2020 during the COVID virus. In 2012, our team pursued relationships with several regional centers as sponsors of projects presented for funding. In 2017, we determined that it would be more efficient to structure and pursue a multi-state regional center status with the USCIS, which application has been filed and is pending.
